Apologies for the late CYLS Weekly Sale, it's been a busy week! This week's sale is for American Thunder Band's "Neither Here Nor Thayer" which is HALF OFF! $7.50 get you a copy of this jammer on vinyl. And hey- it's also a FREE download too! Sale runs until Monday at midnight.
Here is a short bio for those of you who don't know ATB: If you’ve been a listener for a long time, you might have known American Thunder Band as “Texas Instruments” before the calculator company and the group’s namesake decidedly sent a cease-and-desist order to change the band name. It’s probably because they couldn’t handle the raw power machine that is now known as American Thunder Band. No worries, fellow music listener- the name change didn’t change their brash and angular sonic delivery, gutsy vocals, or bad-ass attitudes. Your loss, calculator company. ATB would have been the best spokesmen money could buy.

Time for a new CYLS Weekly Super Sale! This one is a big one- we're featuring Kittyhawk's "Hello, Again" LP & CD AND shirt!
Get the vinyl for $8, the CD for $4, or the shirt for $7.50! What a deal!
Kittyhawk hail from Chicago, Illinois and feature members of Dowsing, Pet Symmetry, Joie De Vivre, and The Island of Misfit Toys., but don’t you dare call them a side project. Instead, imagine the best parts of all those bands together in one band and you get close to what Kittyhawk sounds like. Frontwoman Kate Grube anchors the band with strong vocals and charming synth lines that float just above the guitars as the percussion pushes or drags the tempo to match the somber tones each song brings. Kittyhawk are out to prove they are more than just “members of” your favorite band, and one listen tells you they’ve already done it.
You have until Monday at midnight to get in on this one!
