Bandcamp Friday- 5 more albums for sale + Thank You, I'm Sorry Pre-Order!

Posted on September 1st, 2023

We have landed on another blessed Bandcamp Friday, which means it is time for another sale! 5 vinyl records for just $15 a piece for 24 hours. This month, we are featuring these five albums:

- Calculator "This Will Come to Pass": Calculator brought enough dose of punk/post hardcore for everyone, so we can all share in how good this album is. This album is maddingly underrated. FFO: Touché Amore or early At the Drive-In.

- Cotopaxi "Having All the Fun": You like David Bazan/Pedro the Lion, yes? Then we just know you will love this album. If you are unfamiliar with those comparisons, just know that this album is indie rock done right. Full band solo project from Anthony of Run, Forever.

- Empire! Empire! (I Was a Lonely Estate) "You Will Eventually Be Forgotten": It's fall, so it's time to pull out those Empire! Empire! records. Why not pull out this Emo Revival classic? This is their last album, so maybe shed a tear while this time plays. FFO: Mineral, Death Cab for Cutie

- The Goalie's Anxiety at the Penalty Kick "WAYS OF HEARING": Speaking of fall, we have another album perfect for the changing of seasons. "Ways of Hearing" is filled with bells, strings, acoustic guitar, dual vocals, drums, bass- the list goes on. Indie/lo-fi college rock in the vein of Carissa's Wierd and The World is a Beautiful Place.

- Mimisiku "The Thrill of Living": Features both members of Two Knights with a fleshed out and expanded sound. Sad but uplifting indie rock, this one is a gem. FFO: The Promise Ring, The Van Pelt.

You will find all 5 of these albums on the top of the releases page.

On top of that, we have put the new Thank You, I'm Sorry album "Growing in Strange Places" up for pre-order on our Bandcamp page. You can stream three singles from the album now (or download them for whatever price you want on their respective pages). "Growing in Strange Places" comes out 9/29. If you're looking for a shirt or bundle, grab then here.

As usual, we also have made everything digital pay what you want so horde our digital pantry and stock up on everything you can get your hands on. This includes the new Superdown single "Rattle", Ben & Keely's album "The Tell-Tale Party Noise", Malegoat's "Plain Infiltration", Star Funeral's "In the Dark", and more.

We also added the Snowing LP to the Bandcamp store last month. We have so much in stock! Go see for yourself what we've got: https://countyourluckystars.bandcamp.com/.
